Return Process

  Log into your URBN World account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronic devices in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
